Our Goal:

To train utility professionals in industry best practices and help them obtain the skills and techniques necessary to master their field.

We do this by providing students with a grounding in fundamental principles so that they can quickly find solutions to common problems and by helping them develop skills to understand work processes so they can identify and solve specific problems on the job.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

EXPERT TRAINING

We take pride in the dedicated collaboration of our curriculum committee advisers, technical writers, instructors and program management. Working together, they form the backbone of Utility Training Services and play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and technical training in the electric utility industry.

STANDARD BASED INSTRUCTION

UTS curriculum advisers, course writers and instructors work together to create and maintain the "Utility Training Services Body of Knowledge" (UTSBOK) - a comprehensive collection of utility job-specific information and skills used as a guideline to ensure learning objectives are met in each of our courses and certification programs.

POST CLASS SUPPORT

Our relationship with our students does not end when they leave the classroom. UTS provides post-class support in order to ensure that our students are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to do their job as efficient and effectively as possible.
